Dog + Horse Friendly We welcome up to two well-behaved pups. Please don’t leave dogs unattended in the house unless they’re crated. Our property is also equine-friendly, please see photos for more info on our horse facilities. We’re happy to answer any questions. Pool Info Pool dimensions: 36 ft x 16 ft. Tanning shelf: 6 in deep. Shallow end: 3 ft 6 in. Deep end: 5 ft. No diving allowed. Pool Heating Should you wish to have the pool heated (85 degrees max) during your stay, please notify us in advance of your arrival. There will be a supplemental per day charge for this service. Pool Heating (85 degrees max) - two day minimum of $295/day ($450 minimum) Spa Heating Spa heating is always included with each rental (max temp 102 degrees). Events and Commercial Photoshoots Please inquire for more details. Commercial video or photo shoots are not permitted without prior approval, a valid permit, and applicable fees. Violations will incur a $5,000 fine plus a production fee of up to $600/hour. Personal photos are always welcome. Events Events are not permitted. Roads The last 2 miles of the drive are on a dirt road. 4WD is not required, the roads are accessible. Early Check-In If Bust'n B Ranch is ready early, we will let you know. Late Check-Out We are unable to accommodate late checkouts.

Throughout your stay, you have private access to the whole property, including the 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, living area, game room/gym and outdoor areas. Parking is also conveniently available on the premises in the driveway. There are currently no animals living or working at this ranch. If you wish to bring your horse please ask us in advance.
