◦ THINGS TO NOTE: Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Yes dirt roads Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage Fenced yard: Fully fenced Outdoor Surveillance: We have one security camera facing the garage, and two cameras in the front, including our ring doorbell camera. There are no interior cameras nor cameras in private spaces. ◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat. ◦ RULES: Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 50ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee. MODERN LUXURIES: The Retreat is equipped with central air/heating and fast Starlink wifi. CLEANING PROTOCOLS: We work hand in hand with our female-owned cleaning company to provide a professional level of cleanliness using highly effective natural products, scent-free detergent and dish soap. PETS We welcome up to two dogs. Each dog stay is included with dog beds, bowls, treats, and toys to use during the duration of your stay. YOGA Four yoga mats are provided for you to continue your practice in the healing landscape of the high desert. Looking for something guided? Message us for recommended yoga instructors. BACK YARD Fully fenced-in backyard to let your pets run around and enjoy the magic of the desert. The rest of the property is partially fenced in. ROAD CONDITIONS You'll need to drive on a dirt road for a few minutes to reach the house. Four-wheel drive is not required. Wild Life Expect to hear coyotes howling at sunset or see a jackrabbit, owl, or lizard. Bobcats, snakes, tarantulas, and scorpion sightings are rare on the property. Please respect the land. NO SMOKING Thank you for respecting our space and not smoking cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vapes inside of the house or anywhere on the gated property. Entrenched in the boulders, the skyline retreat is protected from the lights of Yucca Valley, leaving you in the summer an unobstructed view of the Milkyway galaxy.
